Here you will find all important information regarding the tournament.
We wish you a pleasant stay and a successful tournament week.
All players must register at the desk located in front of the Tournament Office.
The registration form must be completed in full and submitted to the Tournament Office.
Practice balls are available from the Tournament Office against a €5 deposit.
The deposit will be refunded upon return of the balls.
Practice courts must be booked through the tournament office or by telephone (+43 424256374) between 08:00 and 20:00
Additional practice courts are available at the ASKÖ facility.
ASKÖ-Tennis
A shuttle bus to the practice courts behind the venue departs 15 minutes prior to the scheduled practice time.
Racket stringing service is available at the Tennisstüberl terrace and the price is 20€
Official hospitality (hotel accommodation) begins on the evening prior to:
Players staying in a single room are entitled to a 50% refund of the room rate.
Players must settle their hotel invoice upon check-out and present the receipt at the Tournament Office for reimbursement.
It is possible to order and consume lunch and dinner in the tennis restaurant (near the tennis court). For organazional reasons, lunch must be registered and paid for in the morning.
